As per manager you are not allow to ask for any update to your team mate. You should ask your manager. And when you do so then they will rpl, " I had informed you na this and that how Many time" also they will not teach you and ask you to figure it out and when uh make mistakes then they will catch you. Yes but the other hand not all manager are same, some talk to you like a frnd and some come up to you as position. Great job satisfaction with freedom to work on various tech. The product we are building is fun and we cater to huge volume of users at scale.

Though compensations are as per industry standards, I think it can still improve based on the quality of work we provide.
