AES seems to be having money from there ancestors and they do not have any approach to increase the business, centralized decision making and people in the Upper management are too old to understand the right approach and are making the MDs fool. Work culture is almost everyone is a contractual Labor in the Org, nothing for emloyees as a benefit, no convyeance or leave policy as certain.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Politics and even everyone is invilved in it. No Training/Job Security for anyone you will be chucked out if you bring the right issue. Career growth is for the people who can do buttering and lickers, Appraisal is fixed between 2-7%. Awesome worklife balance.
