Freedom of work, enables possibility to learn new things as you need to do multitasking. Not very strict timings . Adds weightage to your resume

Dislikes

Absence of SOPs makes you to do the same shit again and again. Act like hardworking and play Politics , back bitching etc., your chances are high to get good appraisals. No paid leaves for corona victims, we need to use our own CLs, ELs or SLs . Rules changes person to person... New joiners will be exposed to huge politics Higher management doesn't value employees
