Good work environment and culture teammates supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2yers before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team I learnt everything on the job

Such an waste company ...The manager Raju in roll form such an waste fellow he don' know how to talk with employes and he shows always his angry on employes... never join in aparna company ...its waste of time no transport and they charge amount for tiffins. quality manager he has no sense of humour

No feedback system. Very poor sales support. Monotonous work and extremely poor product hence very demotivating to work. They just ask for numbers but will never look at where they are going wrong. I quit very soon
