More headache,More pressure without providing manpower. Most worst thing is supervisor level who don't know any single technical terms,they are staying at same company for long years,now they are tower incharge..It's horrible for a Educated Engineer to listen his non technical work instruction.

Offcourse i am so happy to working in aparna. Because its one of the biggest company in hyderabad. Especially aparna quality and the way of co-ordination with different department like MEP team / Qaqc team. Thats what i like about it.

Appraisal is not good at all, although we are working on holiday list and every sunday. But the managment is not taking any initiative about it...... And this is what i hate most😡
