None of the branch is company owned. All branches are franchisee that too not governed by master franchisee. So they can shut branches overnight without paying salaries to staff and refunding money to members after that all members catch color of manager and sales staff only for refund who are starving for their salaries

the management plays politics. they recruited their family members in top management who even don't know what's comapny's name. they don't want to see any employee to grow. Company policy is like after four years your salary is decreased.

The management is runned by some unprofessional persons. AF managements always wants to hire staff at a very low wage, preferably freshers. They don't value for experience. Mr Sudip Chanda the head of management is a very poor mentality person. He wants to kick all other old staff from the organization and will keep freshers at a lower rate and who will stay in his feets. This company won't throw you out or fire you but create such a environment in which you will be forced to quit from the job.
