There is no such thing as work life balance in the firm. No good work is appreciated but a mistake is pointed out as a batch. No job security at all. They dont even appreciate you working extra hours for zero pennies

Work-Life Balance: The Company personally doesn't care about that. Salary: They help just to survive but not as per skills or work. Promotions/ Appraisal: If only it's a promotional purpose.
