They treat people like things that can be replaced anytime . Seniors and founders behave as they are god. Get the work done before u are leaving the place otherwise you have to stay till the work is not finished . Salary hike milta h but usi me sare deduction aur penalties include kar k apki salary ko fir usi level PE la dete Hain aur promotion ki to socho hi mat , ni milega ya to founders k Ghar Jake unke peg bnao ya unke chakne ki plate lagao matlab unko personal favour chaiye . Cannot expect skill development as they focus only on their goals bas kamm karate jao employee Gaya bhaad mein wali situation .
