There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Anutham is a Fraud company. They are doing fraud with their employees. I was hired on 25k salary, but they were giving only 7k to 12k. There is a target one can not achieve easily. If one can achieve 99% of the target (which is impossible) then one can get 15k otherwise less than that. The team leader is not supportive at all. Thereis no one to listen you. They will do whatever they want, even they can fired you without any prior notice. If you resign from the company or get fired you will not be able to get last month salary and experience letter. Its better to be unemployed than to be employed such company....Read More

It is a worst company. They give targets which cab never be achieved. The Team leader of the company is very uncooperative. He doesn't listen to the employee. Salary never gets credited on time. It is always marked as the worst company to work in.

Anutham is a worst company I have ever worked. Teamleader is uncooperative. There is no coordination between HR and team leader. Every month there is an issue regarding salary. The salary policy is very bad.I resigned three months ago, they refused to give my last month salary and experience letter. I am still fighting. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
