Not much, But they try to work as a company.

Dislikes

The company owner doesn't properly understands their employees and always shout at them. There is no training given because there is no previous employee to train the new one's, Now I don't know but at my time there was no body to train me. The company don't have any management, they don't know to work with other technologies, if you are a fresher they will expect you to work on the project alone without any training or documentation. Salary is delayed even though you work properly....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Freshers get a chance to learn if they are self learner

Dislikes

They are not professional. Worst Management. They don't give offer letter or experience letter. They use very bad words (like you have affair with him. Why you always leave office together. Why you eat together. You should marry or stop all this.) if any girl talk to a boy.
