No increments past two years, for new employees, hike not provided as per the market, heavy Bonus amount deducted from the employee CIT and not flexible to for the option to add in on hand amount, no PL CL system, no leave credit system, also employee have to come on a national holiday like 2nd October, now traveling reimbursement amount come on time

Management is very bad for employees. No facilities provided by management. & HR policies very wrong in behalf for employees. In employees increment it is not fix time .
