You can lose your job anytime, there is no job security. They hired 300 people in 6 months and 230 right after that. Not sure if it is to show the market that they are in business. No matter, if your performance is good or bad, you might get a call from your manager about the lay off. Forget about the bonus or hike, people don't even get their variable pay out. Bad decision to join this company.
