It was a really bad organization they even don't give the salaries to the emloyees when they put up the resignations. They haven't paid my 12,000Rs. Don't ever join Antilog vacations they will imposed unnecessarily fines to the employeesl. I was in the IT domain and I never recommend it until you don't have any other option. I never felt heard at the company. The directors at the company don't listen to suggestions. The company has many domains and IT domain is small part of it. I usually get off from work on time so there was no problem for work life balance but worksatisfaction was poor. There are many problems like you can't carry mobiles, no Saturdays off, can't eat in office, change in seating plan without prior notice and lot of rework because higher authority are not aware what they want in there product. No mobile phones, strict timings to work and strict timings for lunch. We get only half hour for lunch. No eatables in office. No chit chat. Seating plan changed without prior notice. Lot of rework because directors don't make proper plans of what they want.
