I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. They are just broker company who recruit people to place them in client location & make huge billing & make lot of money..They will give good hike only if they are making good billing for us with client otherwise NO..

This is a broker company and hires the employees for contractual position and deploy them at client location. Work location depends upon the client location.

Dislikes

The HR co-ordination is very poor. They are not professionals. Company does not have any rigid policies. They don't follow their own offer letter policies, specially when you are leaving organisation. While hiring an employee they says that Antal is having their own development centre which is a false statement.

We don't get chance to work inside Antal office and most of employees even can't see its office because all formalities are done over email and employees work at client location only. So I can't tell about work culture at Antal.
