The best thing about ANOKHI is that it is non target based, which really provides a nice deep breath for the staff. At my tenure i haven’t gone through any such criteria or moment which has ever showed me some negative about the firm.. Only the thing is that if customer is on the floor we have to run the shop till their exit

My work was just to handle staff with their staffings and off rotas and also training and guiding them when they require.. handling customer and their issues was the prior most work of mine as i was holding the position of Assistant Store Manager..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
