Managing director and Director both are worst character. No week off ....... Two Holidays in one month (wed). Management is worst. No work life balance. No any job security. They don't give experience letter even after completing your notice period. Hectic work culture. Director Miss Meena Manipulate colleagues.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
