This company is well established and emerging into broad market with readily adopts technologies.the company is running violently alongside variants and vibrant products which are now available in retail as well as in corporate markets. As a result, I used to travel few ROB circles for job and business development purpose.

There is no such compensation regarding facilities as well as the growth is remarkably slow. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
