This is the first organisation I saw that didn't provide a joining or appointment letter. Salary comes 15-20 days late. HR is pathetic; you must beg for salary slips and other things. For some reason, they have a Good Place to Work Certification also. I am curious to know how they got this. If you work in this organization, no one will give you a good job; you have to sacrifice your salary of current designation for new job opportunities based on my experience and what I have heard from other people because the competitors know what is happening in this organization. You don't get your appointment letter or joining letter on the day of joining, they will keep on delaying. Salaries not on time, salary crediting date is on 10th of every month. They hire you for one position, but you will do other duties. I will not recommend joining there. Many new joiners staffs left the organisation within two months.
