In my life the most unmature company I joined or can its my unfortunate part of life or mine decision to join AMHT . I have huge experience in most of gud corporate companies never wrote this kind of feedback but I want to realy bring notice to employee who want to join Anjali Mukherjee with some ambition , personally I say big NO rk style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. After seeing their work culture fortunately after 3 months I resigned from my Cluster Head position happily</mark>. No good HR policy , no good management ,monotonous business ideas, not at all Gud for employees who want to grow in terms of knowledge and process, Anjali Mukherjee dont want them. Precisely can say its not employee friendly company . No Training Modules , Sales Pressure more its not matter whatever designation you hold i.e. doctors , nutritionist , heads etc....they dont even listen they will fire you simply from organization without giving notice to same employee Employees who want to join please note if you want to leave company for any reason they will not give you time to serve notice period , they will say you can go and instead of that they will cut your salary , same happen to me ,since I havent served notice period on mutual agreement with company,as per them there were no dues pending on me , I have handovered all materials(i.e. laptop, charger, bag etc....) to them . Now I dont need salary but yes I dont want any other Employee to suffer with same ....Read More
