As a doctor,i found it too derogatory to sit at reception most of the day.there are 2 cabins and are occupied by the ayur doctor and nutritionist. Targets are given,but we are not allowed to meet clients. There is no dignity. They post you at a particular location and when we take up job,we are asked to go to various locations.

Trainers were good, medical staff and their seniors were good as well, but the sales team always has an upper hand than the service delivering staff i.e doctors and nutritionists. Also, sales pressure is terrible, sometimes over doctors as well.
