1. There is no scope of growth what so ever. efforts are neither highlighted or appreciated lack of adaptation of new, better and effective methods. 2. Management is too poor and unprofessional they are not addressing employee's issue. Managers are not capable for allocation of work. they are egoistic and does politics. 3. Salary delays in every month have to work in stressful environment more than 9-10 hours without any over time payment. 4. Culture is very toxic, it feels anytime you can loose your job as every minute pressure is created by TL'S 5.No proper response from HR for employee's queries and documentation there is no benefit or not even medical policy for employee's 6.
