I like mainly PMS(preventive maintenance system)system which is a routine system,no need to maintenance again,if job carried out as per pms.

Dislikes

I never dislike AESM .But some tech.supdt./ch.engr(who holding uk. coc) behaves as god father of juniors.After all,AESM work schedule/machinery maint.profile is excellent.

Company is good in terms of career security. On time wages and Manning office staff is good in terms of politeness and Answering. Takes care of environment.

Dislikes

Worst vessel management is there. Superintendents supplies duplicates spares which do not last long. On paper safety culture can not be seen on the ships. Stores and spares are not supplied on time.

Working culture in Anglo Eastern is quite good,here we get a team of good co workers and seniors who will guide and help you in every aspect. Moreover you will get a chance to learn and acquire a vast knowledge along with some fun like sports, parties.

It's the only family and home when you have to depart from them for few months to get your passion fulfilled.

My work on ship as a Junior Engineer is to take proper soundings of oil tanks daily, Assist seniors in daily routine work along with watchkeeping. Also one has to look for oil purifier, Incinerator and other machinery as well.

Great place to work - Culture was very good, all the managers were very supportive and approachable. HR Dept was very very helpful (except one female). A good place to learn. Lot of perks & Benefits.

- Lots of paper work (more than govt office) - None to less work life balance. Work is not allocated well, too much work dumped on each individual. - One HR was just terrible at her job. Very Rude and Unprofessional. No-one liked her in the company, don't know why she was rehired.
