Only for freshers and can't good for age above 23 to24yrs

Dislikes

But not for career settlement and less salaries low hikes barley around 1k , too long training and probation period of 1&1/2year training+probation period and they strictly won't allow for any studies and exams even they will mention it in offer letter and they will treat employees like daily labour

Plant is very good and safe and low work load. U will get better jobs with good salary hikes with this experience

Dislikes

No career growth in this plant if u want growth u have go out from the plant. Lot of politics and full caste base plant. From few days this caste based policy is diluting with new president i hope this will countinue. No extra benefits and no medical and facility even u meet with accident out side the gate when ur going from company to home also company won't care.. no transportation facilities..
