Less salary,Inly local candidates are recruited aince last 2 years because they ready to work with less salary. Only 5-8% increment per year. Every year Management try to reduce by decreasing benefits for employees. One year they had not paid 50% of variable pay and another year not paid 35% of the pay. 6 months increment not given. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
