I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is high.Somtimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening.
