I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not properly run the production, approximately every five years stop the production for some unavoidable reasons.

Since last seventeen years two times sutdown the factory, first time taken over by the JP Cements and second time taken over by the Sagar Cements.

Work environment, all are supportive and work culture. Every body try their level best towards productivity. All are shows interest to do work hard. Allmost all bottom level workers are co.operative and all rounders. Help each others and try to maintain system during running as well as maintenance works.

Politics in administration side and apply their cruel mentality during apprisal and promotional time.
