Dislikes

No work-life balance at all. If you are in Telecom vertical then you will be always traveling. Unprofessional & un-qualified HR personnel who works as a spy for management. No HR policies & no defined appraisal process. The company will hire you by paying any amount if they have requirement, but then will not have a defined career path for you. I read all review before joining the company still joined it , Literally no HR they simply run company without policy which might be over 10 + year old . HR deptt is only listen to management nothing else they do . Point over here is Politics , they really don't care employees . Even Management is part of politics , no corporate culture , no career growth , no support form management . They didn't require expert or technical person , If anyone stuck b/w them employee leave organization due to bad work culture . Its an biggest brain drain company , in these years saw many experts leave company due to HR issue and bad management . I really suggest join if you survive in that kind of environment . otherwise wait better will come...Read More

In these years , no policy for employee to do certification and other benefits in technical growth . Life work balance is normal , but seniors they ruin your life with dirty politics and HR / management support them. No training provided , zero learning from company side , No innovation ( If you suggest - try to improve work simply target you ) Job security : Once work is done they leave you .
