team is is very very poor,about training there is no one for train u ,about job security they just fire u without thinking that they hire u in just after 2 month ago without clarification , appraisal for those who do chumchagiri of director, only one thing happen is politics in ananya, there in very terrible environment in office.

hole company is dislike, and this is not a company bcoz. ther is no rule for employee benefits, they follow own rule , how give benefit only and only to company.
