I went for a Job interview, Found the HR team to be professional, but overall experience was terrible.

Interviews / selection process was very unorganized. 4 rounds of interviews including the round with HR + ex business head + CEO + MD. Most lasted 5-10 mins only with general discussions . But wait between them was over a hour each. After first 2 rounds which started @ 10 AM, at around 12.45, I was asked to come back on another day to finish balance 2.
