I admit everything as my dislike only. I think only freshers can enroll their candiditure over here may be they can learn some skills which may help them in their future. However, If you have good enough skills then this isn't a correct place because management isn't going to notice your exepreience even though they will treat you as a fresher by repeatedly reminding the silly task to you even if you not require that.
