Very friendly environment. Most experienced seniors and many things to learn from management. Good business & operation policy. Company is moving for digitalisation wherever possible. Company has good vision for growth. Company cares a lot for employees and treat them as an asset.

Some old structure and followup policies which company is restructuring now.

It is very structured, but have liberty to apply our own views to get better result. Management always welcome good initiatives and encourage employees to have better work experience.
