I left from my duties on 5th Feb 2020. After pursuing 3 months Notice period. But still after 6 months I am waiting for my FNF. I do lots of mail regarding FNF. But no one revert on my mail. In lockdown time I was very much in tense because of money. But Anand housing finance not help me in that situation and not give me my FNF . Still I am waiting for FNF.

Dislikes

When I was working with Anand housing finance, they treat me like employee but after last working day they not give me my own FNF money.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
