Management gives you complete liberty to work on your own and this process help you learn more.

Dislikes

I think its policies, reimbursement, TA and DA which need to be changed as they are very old and doesnt match current market requirement

Work Details

I initiated here with rather less responsibilities which keep on growing over a period of time. I got many opportunities in this company to prove myself and successfully I did.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
