Initially was very good to work, career development was good, but since last 4-5 years no promotions, increament, politics and no job security. Ask forcefully faculty in beginning of session to resign, if no proper load, less addmission. Uses faculty every where, for addmission in OBD, OSD, school connecting program in different cities, then can ask anytime to leave without any reason.
