Initially was very good to work, career development was good, but since last 4-5 years no promotions, increament, politics and no job security. Ask forcefully faculty in beginning of session to resign, if no proper load, less addmission. Uses faculty every where, for addmission in OBD, OSD, school connecting program in different cities, then can ask anytime to leave without any reason. No encashment of EL against own HR policy...Read More

Starting, the culture was good but over the years it became worse. The only thing that you get time for your personal life.

Dislikes

They don't focus on career growth. At starting Job satisfaction was high. But after few years, job security became one of the major problem.
