The Company has excellent team mates to work with who provide on the job training with full job security. There is very good career growth where I was trained from a budding professional to a full fledged Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). It has a very open and free environment for work and ideas for change are respected by members across all teams. It is indeed a Great Place To Work With.

Dislikes

The only concern with the organization is that it follows 6 day work pattern for all employees including indirect staff. Though measures were taken to overcome it, such ideas couldn't materialize.
