Quality results and deliverables to clients and firm's ability to deal with most complex IP Cases. Value Addition to the overall law industry overall professional growth through continuous learning and improvement. Focused and client-centric work environment.

A & A is law firm. Meant for lawyers only, Lawyers are given V.I.P treatment, while paralegal remains the paralegal for while life, only lawyers get recognition, Positions, promotions. Equities, respect, name, fame and wealth. Lawyers are the Heros, others are Zero. Staff members of Anand and Anand are not getting any benefits, no funds, no gratuities, no recognition, no shareholders, no pension, no retirement benefits, even after contributing entire life, eyes, eysight, health, happiness and family time. After contributing the entire life facing only with worries, darkness, insecurity, stress, health problem, dryness, loneliness, uncertainties, thinking about old age. Being here for 28 years, and I value this organization as the best. Anand and Anand have given me a good growth for my professional and personal life. The working culture seniors are very supportive and have always guided me for the best.

The fast-paced atmosphere can be daunting at times, demanding staff to respond rapidly to new problems and industry developments.

Likes

Learn new things in coordinal environment. Company always encourages new ideas. Paralegals are accommodated with another team if immediate lawyer leaves co.

The company is growing fast, so things can change quickly sometimes. But it's also a good sign!
