I must say that the team members are very helpful and co-operative. Employers provides good training. There are lot of things where we can learn about IP. They are not giving salary appraisals according to the work.

Do not allocate work in proper channel. Not giving appraisals according to the work or salary. Discrimination amongst paralegal and associates.

The problem a Lala company has is that Lala thinks he's a demi-god. Well, the place needs systems as most of the time you don't even know what u r supposed to work on or what not.

Good infrastructure, a strong clientele with leading companies and law firms globally. Also the name in itself makes a strong CV! Good pantry and support staff.

There is no organization structure of the TM department and the place is literally a one man show! The affairs are literally handled by the cream layer and the associates, senior associates and others are treated with utmost disrespect. No regard is given to work life balance and in fact, lawyers are humiliated if ever this subject is brought up by anyone. There are infinite amount of fruitless meetings in the middle of the day and absolutely no regard is given to your work pressure, deadlines or even clients in front of these dictator oriented meetings. Its extremely disrespectful how every lawyer/staff member is judged on the basis of their proximity with the senior partner, all benefits (the little amount that there may be) are based upon the same. Talking of benefits, your recruiters might tell you that this place offers good bonuses and increments. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. There are literally peanuts which they offer you as bonuses/increments and all of it is also not based upon your work but only per the whims and fancies of the senior. The so-called 'increments' as mentioned above also do not happen in time. Usually more than a year would pass by and your assessment forms would still be hanging around. Time is of no respect and adherence here and if you happen to mention salary concerns to your seniors, you will be strongly judged as 'someone working only for money'. There have been moments when a single lawyer is targeted in front of the entire team, humiliated and questioned. People have cried tears and yet never a single action is taken against any sort of misbehavior and humiliation one goes through. Talking of which, please do not expect any help from the HR as no one has absolutely any say in front of the senior partner.
