The Anamika established in the year 1993 having a capacity of 3500 TCD cane crush, situated on the highway of Delhi-Garmuteshwar road. The types of machinery are most modern. The owner always says to top management that you give your workmen maximum salary as per their work performance and rest you distribute to farmers and poor people near about the factory's area. The owner lives in America and never comes to India only he demands the balance sheet from there. So, their culture is very good in all respect. Dislikes

There are no family quarters, so their family and their school-going children live at Bulandshar which is far from 20 KM. During season factory employees in bachelor quarters (1 room in 3-4 employees) and during season no holiday is being availed by them but the only emergency they can get. The bus facility of wage board employees is provided only from BSR to factory premises.

Work Details

I was satisfied with the working style there, but the main problem was that no holiday was availed during working hours except emergency.
