Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They hire and fire as per their requirement. They will pay you in cash... that too no fix date of salary. They offer candidate salary little more than market and once candidate joins they will show their color. They didn't paid a single penny to their regular staff during covid lock down for almost 3 months.
