To be frank enough the work culture is so toxic over there. At first everything seemed to be okay but later on the things that were implied there was not at all suitable. First they indicated us to work for 8 hour shift and rigorously progressed to 9hour of shift. Which was literally against the policy they have mentioned. And the higher seated individuals have the last moment risk work that is dumped on an individual. I was very mush eager to learn things and work for them but unfortunately the individual employee have there own politics to play and have a fox card that is highly impeccable to handle. Since, I am very much aware that the work culture would be toxic everywhere and was much adjustable with the individuals working in the same level as me. But it had crossed my limit when things went off hand and the higher seated individuals dint know how to behave with the employee. They always have beef with the employee and are egoistic in nature. As first when I joined the company I did hear people quitting the job and never expected I would land up the same. If they weren't willing to hire new employee why did they even open the opportunity for an individual to ruin their career? And talking about the salary they don't have particular system to even provide the salary we need to literally beg them to get the salary, and they just want a particular reason to deduct the salary. Telling you again please do think twice before looking out for the loan coz they have no specific time and date. And the expect us to work like a donkey (not gonna lie about it).
