1. Job security No one can push u out, even if u commit any mistakes. 2. Supportive collegues, friendly environment 3. No work pressure 4.

1. U wil be paid very less salary when compared to market standards 2. Lot of thing to update like HR policies, regulations 3. Lack of soft skill trainings

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
