It's an outsourcing firm and placed me in Anand and Anand. The there was the worst person I have ever met in career. Otherwise company is too good and take care of its employees.

The boss Mr. Safir Anand doesn't know that for what purpose he is hiring an employee. He hires and forest for no reason.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
