A rather flat organization structure at managerial level that helps network and learn from each other - be it seniors or juniors

Dislikes

There is no dedicated human resources department to put work into enhancing employee welfare and development. It is also slightly outdated when it comes to employee management and retention strategies.

Bond of 3 years. No health insurance. 6 days working (sometimes 7), worst management. Negative work-life balance. Inflated CTC.
