I worked in ICICI Pru life through a 3rd party support which is Ammsoft Solutions. So, I was on role to Amsoft not to ICICI. I dont know any one from Amsot though I came out. The response from them and Salary hike we can not expect, this is what I was communicated. I worked for 13 months there, when I have asked for experience letter and PF details, I was asked to go to Chennai to collect, which was very difficult for me....Read More

Working with ICICI was really good learning but working through Amsoft was not that good.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
