Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. The working environment and the immense help provided by the scientists is so good and powerful that work can be finished smoothly. Collaboration with the physicians make the center a wonderful platform to do extended research.

Dislikes

Eventhough accommodation is given by the centre at low cost, the department unfortunately prevents an individual to decide the type of room to stay. If that system can be ammended, it would definitely create an overall satisfaction both personally and professionally.
