There is a keen chance of very small scale new implementation that does not require extra cost.

Dislikes

The way this company runs. Their paper work for the employyes is horrible. They keep changing a employee's name form one to another sister concerns every 4 - 5 years. Employees are asked to work even after office time is over. Slangs are used by top management towaŕds labours. Increment happens 2% - 3% after 3-4 years.

I have started my professional career at Amrit Export Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager F & A. As it is a manufacturing company so there is so many things to learn. I have worked for One & half year at AEPL. Working time at that period was 10 A.M to 7:30 P.M. but I have to stay after that also. So, the working Hour is quite longer. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
