Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I liked in company Delhi NCR branches colleges was very supportive and I learnt many skill from here.

Dislikes

Only one things without information intimated while there is not single my folt here is a culture if any site terminated by any reason while terminated due to late salary management blame spoke executive or operation executive while responsible salary, uniform, tools many more things I noticed require to balence it
