The company offers a fairly independent work atmosphere. Bonding with peers and connect with seniors is quite good. No hierarchy based issues. As far as supporting through COVID-19 lockdown, the company insisted to work from home to all those employees whose nature of work permits it. Excellent precautionary procedures followed in the plant so that everyone working there is safe.

Though there are ample opportunities to learn on the job, there is no formal training programs conducted, which could be improved. Also on salary and compensation, the company is below the market average

I was worked in Amphenol almost 8 years and the work is routine only. . There is no growth and promotions during the time , i have done my efforts to growth company sales as well as saving of the component but there is no recognition from the management. Even the work life balance is not here ,most of the time worked 12 hours . My Line manager was a rude guy and he cannot recognize the teammates
