Amphenol is best company here rule are vary nice that means here no second and third shift for the ladies . Recruitment process is also better as well as others facilities are best

Here they are recruit the recruitment from consultant or other for the post of on roll trainy employee but they doesn't a chance for the employee who is work here in contract

Teammates helps to easily understand about the work. Training by my superior is the thing that give me wings to fly ahead with massive impact of my work. Campany take quite much time for appraisal/promotion. With the shifts it is easier to maintain work-life balance because of shifts time.

Dislikes

They took quite much more time for appraisal/promotion, further process is much slow. Otherwise it is good to work in such MNC.
